Before you order
How long does delivery take?
It depends on the item. Anything marked as shipping from our US warehouse arrives in about 5–7 business days. Everything else comes direct from our production partners and takes 15–20 business days — that is what keeps those prices where they are. Either way you get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We currently ship to the United States and Canada, from our partner warehouses. Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order, with tracking included.
Do the lights work with music?
Yes. The ambience bars and the hexagon panels both have a built-in microphone that syncs the colour to whatever is playing. The hexagon panels also pair over Bluetooth for app control and come with a remote.
What if something arrives damaged or is not what I expected?
Message us with a photo within 30 days of delivery and we will replace it or refund you. You do not need to ship a damaged item back.
How do I track my order?
Every order gets a tracking number by email. If it has been more than five days and you have not received one, email us and we will chase it up.
