Terms of Service

These terms apply to your use of kelvex.shop and to any order you place with Kelvex. By using the site or placing an order you agree to them.

Orders and pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Placing an order is an offer to buy; we accept it when we confirm it by email. We may cancel an order, with a full refund, if an item is unavailable, a price was shown in error, or we suspect fraud.

Shipping and delivery

We ship to the United States and Canada for a flat $7.99 per order, tracking included. Delivery estimates are on our Shipping & Delivery page and are estimates, not guarantees. Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient.

Returns and refunds

You have 30 days from delivery to request a return. Full conditions are in our Refund policy and on our Returns & Refunds page.

Product use and safety

Our products are electrical items intended for indoor use. Use only the supplied power adapters and cables, follow the instructions that come with the product, and keep products away from water and from small children. We are not liable for damage caused by misuse, modification or disassembly.

Product information

We try to describe and photograph products accurately. Colours on screen may differ slightly from the product, and specifications may vary slightly between production batches.

Intellectual property

The content of this site, including text, images and branding, belongs to Kelvex or its licensors and may not be copied or reused without our permission.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. Nothing in these terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection law.
