How long it takes
Most orders arrive within 15–20 business days. Orders are processed within 1–2 business days, and you'll get a tracking link by email as soon as the parcel is scanned by the carrier.
We ship directly from our production partners rather than holding stock ourselves. That's what keeps prices where they are, and it's also why delivery takes longer than a domestic retailer. We'd rather be straight about that than promise two days and miss.

$7.99 flat rate per order, tracking included.
Where we ship
We currently ship to the United States and Canada. If you're elsewhere and want something from the range, email us — we're working on opening more destinations.
Duties and import taxes, where they apply, are the responsibility of the recipient. These vary by country and we have no way to prepay them on your behalf.
Tracking your order
Every order is tracked. If it has been more than five business days since you ordered and no tracking number has arrived, email us and we'll chase it up.
Split deliveries
If you order several items they may ship separately and arrive on different days. You're not charged extra for this.
