How long does delivery take?
Most orders arrive in 15–20 business days. You'll get a tracking link by email as soon as your parcel is scanned.
Where do you ship, and what does it cost?
We ship to the United States and Canada. Shipping is a flat $7.99 per order, tracking included.
Do the lights react to music?
Yes. The ambience bars and the hexagon panels both have a built-in microphone that syncs colour to whatever is playing. The hexagon panels also pair over Bluetooth for app control and ship with a remote.
Can I connect more panels later?
Yes — the hexagon panels are sold in kits of 3, 6, 8, 10 and 12 and link together, so you can start small and extend the wall later.
What power supply do they use?
The hexagon panels run at 36V or under from the included adapter. The ambience bars are low-draw at 0.35W.
Can I return something?

How do I track my order?
Every order gets a tracking number by email. If it's been more than five business days and nothing has arrived, email us and we'll look into it.
